Can I use PassIQly for free?
Yes. PassIQly offers free preparation features. Premium unlocks additional mock tests and unlimited practice.
What does Premium include?
Premium provides access to all 50 mock tests, unlimited practice, progress tracking and an ad-free experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through Google Play, open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose PassIQly and follow the cancellation instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
What if my Premium purchase isn't recognised?
Check that you're signed in to the Google Play account used for your purchase. Restart the app and try restoring your purchase if that option is available. If the issue continues, contact support.
How can I request account or data deletion?
Use the Delete Account option in the app's Settings or visit our account deletion page once it is available.
